What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form or use the assistant on this site, we collect the name, email address, telephone number and company name you provide, together with your answers to the qualification questions, the page you arrived on, your IP address, your browser user-agent and the chat transcript.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry about a Comoros forex or crypto asset licence, to assess which licence is appropriate, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Automated processing

The assistant on this site is an AI system. Your messages are sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response and are not used to train their models. Enquiries are scored automatically to help us prioritise responses; that score affects only internal routing, never any decision about you. You can avoid automated processing entirely by emailing support@paiafinance.com.

Retention

Enquiry records and chat transcripts are retained for [INSERT PERIOD] and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights
